Vision
Our vision is to be the premier industry association providing leadership, education, and networking for all technical support professionals and suppliers in North Texas.

Mission Statement
DFW-HDI is dedicated to technical support professionals and their organizations by:

• Providing regular, stimulating chapter events with high value content
• Enhancing the stature of the support profession within members’ respective organizations
• Promoting professional development by exposure to industry trends and best practices
• Providing an opportunity for networking amongst technical support professionals who can call upon each other for solutions
• Bringing together practitioners and suppliers in an informative, no pressure environment.
• Providing programs to encourage and allow support organizations to recognize and reward their outstanding technical support professionals.
